I can count on one hand how many people I've met who have disliked this movie. All in all, it is sweet, and fun, making one of the most quotable and entertaining movies one can come across. I adore this movie. Purely, simply, truly.
I first saw it when I was a little girl, and didn't understand the true comedy behind the direction, acting, and plot. It did make me laugh though, and I was swept away in Westley and Buttercup's romance.
I went through a looong time of not seeing it again, but once I did, I fell in love all over again. The acting, the score, the satire, the love story. I have seen it countless times since then. I have worn out two VHS copies, and I now finally have the DVD.
The chief success of The Princess Bride is that it is a satire that you care about, that moves you. Though it pokes fun at the situations and characters, by the end, when they ride away on the four white horses, you feel genuinely transported, and enamored of Inigo, Fezzik, Buttercup, and Westley. I still get a wave of happiness every time I watch this part, and a goofy-happy smile and sense of well-being every time I see this movie.

The princess bride google drive download full. I can easily say that this is my favorite movie of all time. Back in elementary and middle school I would watch this movie at least twice a month. I knew all the lines by heart before I entered high school and I still know them now that I am in college.
If you haven't seen this movie then shame on you. Best movie of its time and of its genre. The wit and humor is timeless and fun to use in every day life. It does happen, I assure you. My whole family loves this movie, including all the guys. I think they like it for the Fire Swamp and Pit of Dispare scenes. You'll get no spoilers from me, just go see it for yourself. I guarantee that you'll love it.
